    Prepare Neapolitan dough with 24-hour fermentation.

    Preheat oven with pizza stone to maximum.

    Stretch dough and spread light layer of crushed tomatoes.

    Dot nduja across the pizza - it will melt and spread.

    Tip: Nduja spreads as it melts, so use small dollops.

    Bake until crust is charred and nduja is melted.

    Remove and place burrata in center.
